Kate Charles is an experienced legal professional specializing in Business Affairs within the entertainment and finance sectors. Currently serving as Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Eagle Eye Drama since November 2022, Kate previously worked as a Business Affairs Consultant for scripted TV production companies from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel for NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and various legal positions at M&G Prudential, Hermes Investment Management, HSBC Management (Guernsey) Limited, and Templar Films. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Canterbury, complemented by a Professional Legal Studies Course from Victoria University of Wellington.
