Justin Payne

Justin Payne has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Justin currently holds the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Eagle Fire Inc., a leading provider of fire protection systems. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and COO of My Yonder LLC, an ecommerce store specializing in spice blends. Justin also served as the Vice President Human Resources at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC and Atkore International. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resources Executive at Prestone Products Corporation and worked as the Regional - Human Resources Manager at Pella Corporation. Justin's early career involved serving at Hunter Douglas as an HR Business Partner and Payroll Manager.

Justin Payne has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. In addition, they completed an executive course in Welch Way: Leadership in Action & Managing Your Team at the Jack Welch Management Institute.
