Michelle Groff

Michelle Groff has over 15 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michelle currently works as the Director of Revenue Growth Management at Eagle Family Foods since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Manager at the same company from April 2021 to June 2022, and April 2020 to April 2021 respectively. From November 2018 to April 2020, they worked as the Sales Finance Manager at Eagle Family Foods, where they were responsible for trade funding, pricing analysis, and trade funding analysis.

Before joining Eagle Family Foods, Michelle worked at TTI Floor Care North America, where they held various finance management positions. Michelle served as the Senior Finance Manager from July 2015 to November 2018, where they focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, and pricing. As the Finance Manager from May 2014 to June 2015, they managed distribution and transportation budgeting, inventory analysis, and ERP implementation projects. Michelle also worked as the Sales Finance Manager from January 2013 to May 2014, and as the Supply Chain Finance Manager from January 2012 to December 2012 at TTI Floor Care North America.

Michelle began their career at AeroControlex Group in 2005, where they worked as the General Accounting Manager until March 2007. In this role, they were responsible for month-end closing, audits, reporting, accounts payable, and payroll.

Throughout their career, Michelle has gained significant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and team management.

Michelle Groff obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Miami University. Michelle pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting and Business/Management from John Carroll University.
