Aiswarya Rajasekharan

Aiswarya Rajasekharan is a Senior Bioinformatician at Eagle Genomics since October 2021, previously serving as a Bioinformatician. Aiswarya has freelanced on Upwork since January 2020, developing data formatting tools and performing data extraction and analysis using various Python packages. Prior experience includes a role as a Biomics Data Analyst at AMILI, where Aiswarya curated and organized extensive genomic data. Aiswarya also completed a co-op research internship at the Marine Science Center of Northeastern University, focusing on 16s rRNA analysis, and worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, engaging in the full software development lifecycle. Aiswarya's early experience includes a research internship at the University of Kerala, where a method for protein categorization was developed. Aiswarya holds a Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioinformatics from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
