Lou Desiderio

Lou Desiderio is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Eagle Harbor Technologies, Inc. since October 2024, Lou previously held similar positions at FormAssembly until November 2024, and also served as Chief Operating Officer. Key roles include Chief Financial Officer at Jornaya, Knovel Corporation, and Visible World, as well as Executive Vice President and CFO at netForensics and Princeton Softech. Lou has contributed to several organizations as an Independent Board Director and has significant expertise in corporate development.
