Gabe De La Rosa is a seasoned professional in the field of maintenance and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Ash Grove Cement Company since February 2024. Gabe has held various roles at Eagle Materials and Cemex, including Maintenance Manager and Reliability/Planner Engineer, where responsibilities included leading safety initiatives, coordinating maintenance activities, and developing mechanical projects. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Maintenance Engineering from Universidad Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho and ongoing MBA studies at Millenia Atlantic University, Gabe also brings experience from an internship at PPG Industries, focusing on maintenance procedures in line with ISO 9000 standards.
