Gaozhong Zhu

Gaozhong Zhu has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Gaozhong is currently serving as the SVP of Pharmaceutical Development at Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Before that, they held the position of VP and Head of Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing at Corvidia Therapeutics. Prior to Corvidia, they worked at Shire, where they held various leadership roles including Senior Director and Head of Commercial Drug Product Life Cycle Management. Gaozhong also held positions as Director and Head of Drug Product Mfg Sci & Tech, Director of Manufacturing Tech Science, Director of Pharmaceutical Process Development, and Principal Scientist in Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development at Shire. Gaozhong Zhu began their career at Biogen as a Scientist in Protein Formulation Development.

Gaozhong Zhu obtained a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to this, from 1987 to 1994, they pursued both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physical Chemistry at Peking University.
