Michael joined Eagle Point Solar in the fall of 2022. As a Customer Support Specialist, Michael is often the first voice you hear when connecting with the support team. He works with the clients to help troubleshoot, resolve, document or submit a service request ticket for further diagnostics by a Service and Support Coordinator or onsite evaluation by a Field Service Technician. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Middle Tennessee State University.
