Tina Novakovich

Tina Novakovich is an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the National Senior Sales Manager at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa since July 2017, Tina focuses on developing relationships with clients in the Midwest and West Coast, driving group sales and ADR growth while managing a diverse portfolio of accommodations. Previously, Tina held the position of Associate Director of Sales at InterContinental Hotels Group from February 2012 to June 2017, leading small market sales teams and overseeing sales strategies for multiple regions. Additional experience includes sales management roles at Swissotel Chicago and Wyndham Hotel Group, demonstrating expertise in corporate and association markets. Tina holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English Literature and Communications from Lake Forest College and has further education from Charles University.
