Lenard Williams has over 13 years of professional experience in software development and IT management. Lenard currently works as an IT Team Lead at Eagle Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for bug fixing, enhancements, and application deployment. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Web Application Developer at Planned Systems International, leading a team in the development of an Electronic Immigration System. Lenard also worked as a Software Engineer at NANTHEALTH, where they implemented REST services, fixed bugs, and improved backend code efficiency. Earlier in their career, Lenard was a Software Engineer at Harris Corporation and a Co-op Software Test Engineer at IBM. Lenard started their career as a Co-op PHP Programmer at Jacob and Sundstrom Inc., where they worked on website development using PHP and JavaScript. Lenard has a strong background in Java, C#, and web technologies, and consistently demonstrated their ability to improve code quality and coverage throughout their career.

Lenard Williams holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021.
