Emily Channell

Emily Owens Channell, MBA, aPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources for both Eagle Title, LLC and Liff, Walsh & Simmons LLC, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership across various organizations. Prior to these roles, Emily functioned as a District Human Resources Business Partner at Target, where responsibilities included multiple HR management positions throughout a management training program. Earlier experience includes a Senior Client Care position at York Traditions Bank and a brief stint in the Central York School District's Human Resources department, where significant contributions were made to employee wellness initiatives and the development of job-specific interview questions. Emily holds an MBA in Continuous Improvement and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and Human Resource Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
