Dr. Martin Pitsch

Dr. Martin Pitsch currently serves as the Vice President Operations (COO) and Corporate Lead Function Production/SCM at EagleBurgmann, overseeing the EMEA business area with full P&L responsibility for seven plants and 1,200 employees while managing the global production network and supply chain. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Hilti Group as Head of Production Diamond Inserts and Head of Business Development Global Manufacturing, along with positions at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen as Chief Engineer and Group Leader. Early career experience encompasses consulting roles at Volkswagen Consulting and internships at Daimler Trucks North America, among others. Dr. Pitsch holds a Doctorate in Production Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, and has studied at Chalmers University of Technology.
