Tarmo Osman

Tarmo Osman is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and strategic business development across various industries, particularly in telecommunications. Currently serving as COO at eAgronom since June 2023, Tarmo has also held significant roles including COO and Member of the Management Board at Xolo, COO at Top Connect, and Director of the Division of Network Services at Levira. Tarmo's freelance work as a Strategic Advisor began in July 2012, focusing on operations optimization and project management. Additionally, Tarmo was a member of the Estonian Business Angels Network, Board member at the Estonian Broadband Development Foundation, and held leadership positions at Tele2 Estonia, the Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications, and the Estonian National Communication Board. Tarmo's educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering, both from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
