Steve Decker

Steve Decker is an accomplished brand strategy and go-to-market advisor with experience in diverse industries, currently supporting the leadership teams at EAIGG and SwarmOne since 2024 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Steve served as President of the Zooka division of Unite Digital after selling the Zooka marketing agency Steve founded, where Steve focused on branding, campaign development, and client collaboration. Additional experience includes holding the position of Vice President, Head of Strategy and Growth at STI In-Store Marketing, and Senior Manager of Merger and Acquisition Integration at Network Associates (McAfee). Steve Decker holds an MBA with an emphasis on Technology and Innovation from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from UC Santa Barbara.
