Steve Decker

Steve Decker is an accomplished Brand Strategy and Go-to-Market Advisor currently supporting the Ethical AI Governance Group (EAIGG) in positioning and messaging for responsible AI deployment, a role held since November 2024. Prior experience includes advising SwarmOne from July 2022 to February 2025 on brand strategy and digital campaigns, and serving as Head of Strategy and Growth at Zooka Creative from October 2006 to November 2024, where leadership was provided post-acquisition by Unite Digital. Previous roles include CEO of a marketing agency, Vice President at STI In-Store Marketing, Senior Manager at Network Associates, and Senior Manager at Deloitte. Steve Decker holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from UC Santa Barbara.
