Siobhan Huston-Beer

Siobhan Huston-Beer has a diverse work history, starting from their time at the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service where Siobhan held roles as an RMC Co-ordinator and HR Officer. Siobhan then went on to start their own business, Sundae Over The Rainbow, specializing in celebration cakes and treats, with a focus on gluten-free baking. Currently, Siobhan works at Eakin Healthcare as a Human Resources Officer, bringing their skills and experience to the team. Siobhan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Textile Design from Ulster University.
