Kieran Matthews

Kieran Matthews is an experienced professional in sports management and coaching, currently serving as a College Lecturer at West London College since February 2023. As Chief Operating Officer of London Elite Basketball Club from September 2019, Kieran oversees day-to-day operations. Kieran founded On My Grind in June 2016 and has been a Scout for Elite Euro Talent since April 2021. Previously, Kieran was the head coach for the Capital City Academy’s community team and the Titans from September 2017 to February 2023. Kieran also contributed to the Youth Sport Trust's youth board from September 2019 to November 2022, participating in keynotes and strategic discussions. Kieran's coaching experience extends to leadership roles at Oaklands Wolves Basketball from September 2015 to April 2020. Kieran holds an MSc in International Sports Management from the Global Institute of Sport.
