Gregory Kepferle

Gregory Kepferle is a College Lecturer at Santa Clara University, focusing on teaching Social Impact and Ethics to graduate students in the School of Education and contributing to the development of an internship program for the MA in Social Impact Leadership in collaboration with the Miller Center for Global Impact and the Leavey School of Business. Previously, Gregory served as CEO of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, overseeing a multiservice organization with a budget of over $58 million, dedicated to disrupting poverty and promoting economic self-sufficiency. Additional leadership roles include Executive Director of Catholic Charities of Central New Mexico and Associate Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the East Bay, where experience was gained in various capacities. Academic qualifications include an MDiv in Theology from the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley, an MA in Philosophy with a focus on Ethics from Loyola University Chicago, and a BA in Philosophy and Peace Studies from Saint Louis University.
