Indiana Neira

Indiana Neira is an experienced professional with a focus on account management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Account Executives Coordinator at EAP LatinA since October 2016, Indiana recruits and supervises a six-member LATAM team, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines. Previously, as a Regional Account Manager, Indiana managed key relationships with strategic customers and implemented service plans. Additional experience includes professional internships in psychopedagogy and vocational counseling at various institutions, and a bilingual assistant role at Michael Page. Indiana holds a degree in Psicopedagogía from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, complemented by courses in adaptive leadership and human-centered design from Acumen Academy.
