A LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council Middle Tennessee Chapter, she also promotes sustainable stewardship and resource development within the firm.

Tara is inspired to come to work each day for the moments she can make a difference in someone’s life.

Both in and outside of the office, Tara works with several industry and non-profit organizations, including the AIA, American Heart Association, ACE Mentor Program, The Academies of Nashville and the Boyscouts of America. Tara was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a 2015 Woman of Influence for her work as a Community Supporter, and she is an alumnus of the Leadership Middle Tennessee Class of 2016. She has a passion for mentoring and giving back to the community, especially as it relates to the development of youth and young adults into future leaders. When not in the office, you may find Tara hiking with her family or picking her way through a local flea market or junk shop.
