Danna O’Connell

Danna O'Connell is an experienced fundraising professional with a career spanning over two decades, focusing on major gifts and annual giving within educational and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Major Gifts Officer at Earlham College since August 2022, Danna has previously held positions such as Director of Annual Giving at both Emma Willard School and Earlham College, and Vice President of Development at the Alzheimer's Association of the Miami Valley. Danna's achievements include significant increases in fundraising performance, successful event management, and strategic development initiatives that contributed to organizational growth and sustainability.
