Sashikanth Banappagari

Sashikanth Banappagari currently serves as the Vice President & Head of CMC at Earli Inc., leading comprehensive CMC activities related to Nanoplasmid Drug Substance and LNP Drug Product processes. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director & Head of Drug Product Development at Gritstone bio, where strategic guidance was provided to Process and Drug Product teams, and as Principal Scientist & Head of Formulation & Drug Product Development at Molecular Templates. Sashikanth’s career also includes significant contributions at Nektar Therapeutics and the Vaccine Production Program at NIH, focusing on biologics product development and formulation. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Louisiana Monroe, an MBA in HealthCare Management from International Technological University, and a B. Pharmacy from Kakatiya University.
