Mkhululi Phelembe

Mkhululi Phelembe has extensive experience as a Practitioner at the Early Childhood Educational Center since January 2015 and has been serving as a Field Worker for the IEC (Electoral Commission of South Africa) since January 2011. Mkhululi completed education at Orhovelani High School.
