Leonie Hede

Leonie Hede has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a Practice Coach, Educational Leader, and Kindergarten Teacher at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) since January 2014. Prior to this role, Leonie dedicated 28 years to kindergarten teaching in not-for-profit community kindergartens from January 1986 to January 2014. Leonie Hede holds a Graduate Diploma in Leadership (Early Childhood) from Te Rito Maioha (2016-2017), a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Melbourne (1990-1992), and a Diploma of Teaching in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the Philip Institute of Technology (1983-1985).
