Jessica Roland is a seasoned professional in education and language services with a diverse background in training, interpretation, and curriculum design. Currently serving as a Professional Development Trainer at the Early Learning Coalition of Duval since September 2024 and a Spanish-English Interpreter at Interpreting SOS since April 2024, Jessica facilitates communication in various settings, emphasizing accuracy and confidentiality. Previously, as an Executive Education Administrator at PSAT Academy, Jessica managed staff operations and hosted professional development sessions. Jessica also has experience as a Spanish Virtual Educator, utilizing distance education technologies to enhance student engagement, and has held teaching positions in high school Spanish. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Spanish Education & Curriculum Design from Universidad de Alcalá and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Education and Spanish & Latin America Studies from the University of North Florida.

Created in 1999, the Early Learning Coalition of Duval is a nonprofit organization that helps families find high quality child care and early learning services for their children. ELC of Duval assists families in their search for child care, child care financial assistiance, Voluntary Pre-K, afterschool and summer programs.
