Melissa Mercado

Melissa Mercado has extensive experience in program management and purchasing within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Programs - Projects, Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Purchasing Accountant at the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. since July 2016, Melissa has a strong background in managing purchasing operations and evaluating buying practices to reduce costs while ensuring quality control. Previous roles include Head of Administration at Momma B's Mac & Cheese, Purchasing Agent at Italian Rose Gourmet Products, Inc., and Material Controls Manager at Neco Fine Foods, LLC, among others. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Kaplan University.
