Ryan Taylor has an extensive work history, starting in 2001 as a freelance Recording Engineer, Record Producer, and Musician. Ryan then worked at Apple in their iTunes Group for a few months in 2007 before moving on to Sony Electronics as a Digital Marketer and Business Developer for Sonystyle.com. In 2008, they joined DivX, Inc. as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for product strategy and positioning. Ryan continued their marketing career at Rovi as a Director of Product Marketing from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2021, Ryan worked at Sonos, Inc. in various roles, including Global Director of Business Development, Director of Partnerships, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and ultimately General Manager of Sonos Radio, where they built the service from scratch. In 2020, they also served as a Board Member at QCODE. In 2022, they joined Early Majority as part of their Web3 Strategy and Community Development team. Currently, Ryan is the Chief Commercial Officer at Super Hi-Fi.

Ryan Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Finance, and General Management. This occurred from 2006 to 2008.
