Kristin Laidlaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, design, and buying within the retail and fashion sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer for Homewares & Rugs at Early Settler, Kristin brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Senior Product Manager for Bedlinen at Adairs Retail Group, where Kristin led the category and contributed to significant sales growth. Prior roles include Creative Manager at Dry & Tea, various product management positions at Jeanswest, and Senior Designer at Brown Sugar Australia. Kristin's career also encompasses foundational work in design and production for several brands and companies, including Grab Industries and Marks and Spencer. Educational qualifications include a Senior Leadership Development Program from Melbourne Business School and a Diploma of Management from Franklyn Scholar, as well as certifications in interior design and garment construction.
