Hui-Ping Chao

Hui-Ping Chao has extensive experience in risk management, holding various positions throughout their career. From 2016 to the present, they have served as the Sr. Director of Operational Risk Management at Early Warning®, where they are responsible for implementing risk management programs for customers. Prior to that, they worked at American Express from 1998 to 2016, holding several director roles in fraud risk management, small business risk management, international risk management, and US & international risk management. Their notable achievements during this time include developing risk strategies, improving credit decision quality, and driving income growth through analytics and product launches.

Hui-Ping Chao holds a Ph.D. in Economics from North Carolina State University, which was obtained from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from National Taiwan University, completed from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in different fields, including SOXHUB Administrator and Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) Cert Prep.
