Lionel Carnot graduated from the International School of Geneva, La Chataigneraie with a Maturite - Abitur. Lionel then went on to earn their MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Geneva. Lastly, they earned their MBA from INSEAD.

They are on a team with Dan Lupu - Partner, Jay Anna Harris-Theis - VP, People, and Milda Jasaite - Associate. Their manager is Roland Manger, Co-Founder & Partner.
