Roland Manger

Roland Manger is a Co-Founder & Partner at Earlybird, a venture capital firm. Roland has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and has held various positions in startups and large companies.

Roland started their career as a software engineer and has since then co-founded several companies including FintechOS, Picus Security, Minit Process Mining, TheUberCloud, and UiPath - Robotic Process Automation. Roland was an early investor in Vivense and Hazelcast.

In 2020, Roland joined Earlybird as a Partner. Earlybird is a leading European venture capital firm with a focus on digital media, consumer internet, and software sectors.

Roland Manger has an MBA from Georgetown University and a Dipl-Wi.Ing. in Computer Science, Economics, and Operations Research from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
