James Harris

James Harris has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. James started their career as a Staff Accountant at Wyle Labs in 1990. From 1994 to 2005, they held various positions, including VP of Finance and VP of Operations, at Nera ASA, where they successfully managed the outsourcing of manufacturing operations and established US operations. James then served as the Director of Finance for the Operations Division at Haemonetics Inc. from 2005 to 2007, where they were responsible for financial analysis and control. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Boston-Power as a Controller, where they improved internal control processes and reduced the financial close process. James continued at Boston-Power as the Director of Finance from 2012 to 2015, responsible for worldwide accounting and financial analysis. In 2015, they became the VP of Finance and Administration at Nanoramic Laboratories, where they played a key role in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan. James then worked as the Controller/Assistant Treasurer at SoClean Inc. from 2018 to 2019, where they managed accounting policies and procedures and provided financial analysis. Lastly, they are currently the Director of Finance at EarlySense, where they oversee accounting policies and procedures, HR/payroll, and serves as the ERP System administrator.

James Harris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance/Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin from 1987 to 1990. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Boston University from 2001 to 2002.
