Corey Blake has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as an actor in national commercials and guest-starred in TV shows until 2003. In 2000, Corey owned and served as President of Elevation 9000 Films, followed by a partnership at LA Film Lab Entertainment from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they founded Round Table Companies (RTC), a business solutions provider that focuses on storytelling to address complex business challenges. As CEO of RTC, Corey guided individuals and organizations in revising their stories to enhance engagement, attract stakeholders, reduce wasteful spending, and spark innovation. Concurrently, Corey founded Writers of the Round Table Press, an organization dedicated to supporting authors. In 2018, they became a publisher at Conscious Capitalism Press, collaborating with RTC to promote transformative change through business. Corey's diverse background also includes serving as a board member for the From the Barrio Foundation, where they worked to inspire and mentor at-risk youth. Presently, they are the Fractional Chief Culture Officer at Earnest Machine, responsible for nurturing and shaping the organizational culture and launching the Earnest CARES Initiative to support team members.

Corey Blake began their education in 1992 at Millikin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre. Corey successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1996.

In 2014, Corey Blake enrolled at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and studied Gestalt Therapy. Corey dedicated two years to this program and completed it in 2016.

Simultaneously, starting in 2015 and continuing until 2022, Corey pursued a degree in Organizational Leadership at the Stagen Leadership Academy. During their time at the academy, they achieved the distinction of earning a Blackbelt degree in Organizational Leadership.
