Victoria Lei Rossi

Victoria Lei Rossi is a Senior UX Researcher at Earnest since October 2023, with previous experience as a User Experience Researcher at Blend, where user research capabilities were expanded to include mixed methods studies. At Practice Fusion, Victoria collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance a healthcare platform and held multiple roles including Senior Implementation Consultant, where key achievements included onboarding numerous medical offices and improving e-Prescribing utilization. Early career experiences encompass logistics coordination at Sojourn to the Past, an Americorps internship focused on child health at the San Francisco Department of Public Health, and research roles at UC Davis. Victoria holds a B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
