Gal Spector

Gal Spector is an experienced Learning & Knowledge Lead at Earnix since October 2021, with a strong background in instructional design and training development. Previously, Gal served as a Learning Development Specialist at HP, managing training projects and content creation, and as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at QualiTest Group, where training needs were assessed and programs developed. Gal has also worked as a self-employed Instructional Designer, providing end-to-end learning solutions, and held instructional design positions at ExperTeam Ltd. and SGC Knowledge Transfer. Early career experience includes serving as a Multimedia Specialist with the Israeli Air Force. Gal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from the Holon Institute of Technology.
