Blaine Welgraven

Blaine Welgraven is the current Director of Client Success at Earnnest. Prior to this, they served as the Grant/Development Specialist for Legacy Early College, where they managed a calendar of 75 grants and grant reports per year. Blaine also implemented development processes that allowed Legacy Early College to successfully win, monitor, and report on more than $1,000,000 in grant funds. In their role as the Associate Wealth Representative at Northwestern Mutual, they provided support to financial advisors and clients by delivering world-class service. Blaine also served as the Logistics Specialist at Ram Board, where they were responsible for managing inventory and coordinating shipments. Finally, they were the Grants Management Specialist at Bob Jones University Museum & Gallery, Inc., where they oversaw the grant process from start to finish.

Blaine Welgraven's educational career includes a Master's in Blaine'story from Bob Jones University and a Bachelor's in Blaine'story from Bob Jones University. Blaine also has certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 and Series 7.

Their manager is Rick Altizer, CEO & Board Member. They work with Chris Basinger - VP, Sales, Russell Smith - Chief Revenue Officer, and Paul Sullivan - Director, Engineering.
