Who we’re looking for You are a building science professional with great communication skills and specific expertise in residential energy performance. You are an organized, analytical, inquisitive, and collaborative individual with a passion for energy efficiency and healthy homes. You are committed to ensuring home performance improvements are done correctly and are accessible to all. You are motivated by the idea of joining a nationally-recognized, technically-oriented team responsible for managing the quality standards of multiple programs. You have experience working with historically disadvantaged and marginalized people and are committed to environmental justice.

Compensation $62,000 - $78,000 annual compensation for full-time employees. Part-time employee salaries will be prorated.
