Ryann Magnusson (she/her)

Ryann’s role at Earth Advantage is Lead Energy Modeler for the multifamily team, where she focusses on advancing energy efficiency and improve energy performance in multifamily housing projects.

Since starting her professional career in 2017, she has accumulated extensive experience across energy consulting, mechanical design, and construction management, working on diverse projects globally. Ryann has contributed to designing energy-efficient buildings for projects targeting LEED certifications, Energy Modeling for LEED certifications, and conducted parametric energy modeling for net-positive feasibility studies.

As a versatile and highly effective communicator, Ryann approaches building performance modeling with the client’s perspective in mind, offering tangible solutions to meet project performance targets. Her diverse skill set makes her an invaluable asset in shaping the future of sustainable building practices.
