James Radabaugh

James Radabaugh has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. James started their career at Limited Brands as an Assistant Manager from August 1991 to February 1993. James then joined Meijer, where they worked for 20 years and held multiple positions, including Store Director. James also contributed to the corporate team as a Regional Service Specialist. James went on to work at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a General Manager from July 2012 to December 2013. James then moved to Kohl's Department Stores as a Store Manager from December 2013 to November 2015. James'smost recent role was as the Director of Operations at Earth Fare, starting in November 2015.

James Radabaugh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Food Safety Manager from NSF in October 2011.
