Jon Fridriksson has extensive experience in the retail industry. Jon started their career in 1993 at Foodlion LLC Store, where they worked as a dairy clerk and stock lead. In 1996, they joined Sweetbay Supermarket as a grocery manager and later became an assistant store manager. Jon also held the position of store manager from 2010 to 2014. Since 2016, Jon has been working at Earth Fare, initially as an assistant store manager, then as a store manager, and currently as the director of operations.
