Paul Dale

Paul Dale has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career at Loeb Food Stores in 1990, where they held the position of VP, GM until 1997. Paul then joined White Rose Home and Garden as VP Operations from 1997 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. in various roles, including Vice President, Store Operations from 2003 to 2008, Senior Vice President, Operations from 2008 to 2012, and Executive Vice President, Operations from 2012 to 2017. Since 2018, Paul has been self-employed as a Business Development Consultant, offering consulting services to a wide range of clients. Additionally, in 2019, they briefly served as the Chief Operating Officer at Earth Fare, where they provided executive business consulting services to the Senior Team.

Paul Dale attended Sheridan College from 1980 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration, specifically focusing on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained several certifications in various areas of professional development. These include certifications in Agile Development Practices, Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution, Executive Coaching, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Managing Organizational Change for Managers, Operational Excellence Foundations, Six Sigma Foundations, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Strategic Thinking, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers. All of these certifications were obtained on LinkedIn between April and May 2020.
