Rachel Bustamante

Rachel Bustamante is an Ocean Science & Policy Analyst at Earth Law Center, with previous experience as a Co-Chair at the Sustainability, Environment & Energy Council at University of Maryland School of Public Policy. Rachel also served as a Volunteer Naturalist at Patapsco Valley State Park and an Environmental Policy Intern at Prince George's County. Rachel has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
