Jeff Garlikov

Jeff Garlikov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in supply chain management and operations. Jeff is currently working as a Procurement Manager at Earth Mama® Organics since 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2019, they worked at Mars as a Senior Operations/Supply Chain Manager, overseeing various departments and leading teams in the US and Europe. Before that, they served as an Operations/Supply Chain Manager at Mars from 2013 to 2016.

In 2012, Jeff worked at Sunshine Dairy Foods, LLC as a Supply Chain Manager, where they managed all supply-related processes and improved efficiency. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Castor & Pollux Pet Works, first as an Inventory and Procurement Manager and later as an Inventory Manager, focusing on cost savings initiatives and improving manufacturing department budgeting tools.

Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Jeff served as a Manager of Supply Chain and a Purchasing Manager at Clean Ones Corporation, leading international supply chain operations. In 2005, they worked as an Inventory Manager/Replenishment Analyst at Petsmart, where they achieved high in-stock levels and reduced inventory dollars.

Earlier in their career, Jeff held various roles at Petsmart from 2000 to 2002, including Merchandising Manager, Transfer/Recovery Team member, Specialty Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Jeff began their career at Rail Europe as an Internet Telephone Sales Representative from 1998 to 2000.

Jeff Garlikov has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Arizona University. Jeff also holds a certification as an ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor from Quality Assurance International, Inc. (QAI).
