Chapellia Lawson

Chapellia Lawson has worked in various roles in the logistics and production industries since 2004. Chapellia began their career at Carrier Corporation as a Production Technician, where they were responsible for assembling and testing manufacturing goods. In 2010, they joined Neovia Logistics as an Inventory Control Specialist, where they counted material at line side locations and reconciled with WMS. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at FedEx as a Returns Team Lead, where they served as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues associated with returns. Chapellia then moved to Nike as a Distribution Center Point Guard/Operations Specialist II (Shipping & Receiving), where they delegated jobs and responsibilities to associates and maintained productivity records. Most recently, Chapellia joined Earth Shoes as a Shipping Manager, where they are responsible for keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.

Chapellia Lawson obtained a Diploma from H.W.Byers in 2008. Chapellia then attended the University of Phoenix, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Colorado Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Chapellia is currently attending Colorado Technical University, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
