James Mills

James Mills, CSP, CHMM, currently holds the position of National Growth Strategy Officer at Earth Systems, LLC since March 2024. Prior to that, James served as Program Manager at Apex Companies, LLC from March 2023 to March 2024, focusing on stormwater compliance and waste management. James's previous experience includes serving as Regional Environmental Manager at Amazon for two years and Corporate EHS Manager at McLane Company, Inc. James has a strong background in environmental compliance, having held various roles in leading teams and managing complex compliance projects across several prominent companies including Devon Energy and Pioneer Natural Resources Company. James holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a B.A. in Biochemistry from Texas Tech University, complemented by an Associate of Science degree from South Plains College.
