Bonnie Malloy is a senior attorney with the Florida office. She is based in Tallahassee.
Prior to joining Earthjustice, Bonnie worked at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where she prosecuted enforcement actions and then served as in-house counsel for the Department’s Environmental Resource Permitting, Mitigation Banks and Mining Programs.
Bonnie graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2010 with a certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. She co-founded FSU’s Animal Law Society and later became President of Pets Ad Litem, a nonprofit organization that advocates for animal rights and provides education on the humane treatment of animals.
