Lynn Bolton

Lynn Bolton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outreach, membership services, and development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Outreach & Membership Services at Earthjustice since December 2014, Lynn manages comprehensive development strategies, oversees a 12-member team, and leads initiatives aimed at donor loyalty and fundraising growth. Previous roles include Director of Outreach & Membership Services and Interim Director of Donor Relations at Earthjustice, as well as Marriage & Family Therapist BBS Registered Intern at Family Paths and Development Associate at Huckleberry Youth Programs. Lynn's early career includes positions at Earthjustice and Ella Baker Center for Human Rights as Development Officer and Individual & Corporate Gifts Officer. Lynn holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.A. in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
