Rebecca Barker

Rebecca Barker is an Associate Attorney at EARTHJUSTICE. Rebecca was previously a legal intern at Sierra Club from June 2019 to August 2019, and at Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) from September 2018 to December 2018. Rebecca also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Michael W. Mosman at the United States District Court from June 2017 to August 2017. In addition, Rebecca has experience as a project manager, having worked at Ann McCulloch Studio from December 2014 to July 2015, and as a summer law clerk at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, from June 2018 to August 2018. Rebecca has also been an intern at the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic from September 2017 to April 2019. Prior to their work in the legal field, Rebecca was a night manager at Pita Pit USA from September 2010 to February 2014, and a legal assistant at Gary M. Bullock and Associates, P.C. from June 2014 to November 2014.

Rebecca Barker has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Linguistics from Portland State University.
