Sonja Butler-Remoun

Sonja Butler-Remoun is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing engaging training content across various industries, including telecommunications, home improvement, and banking. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at EarthLink Telecommunications since August 2022, Sonja has previously held significant roles at GreenSky®, The Home Depot, and several other organizations, utilizing the ADDIE and SAM models to create effective virtual and instructor-led training programs. Sonja's expertise includes conducting needs analysis, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, and Vyond to design comprehensive learning materials. Sonja holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Networking.
