Nicole Whatley CSM, CSPO has over 14 years of work experience. Nicole began their career in 2007 as a Database & Revenue Manager for Gama International. In 2011, they joined Education Market Association (EDmarket) as a Membership Specialist, where they assisted the Director of Database & Membership in maintaining the integrity of member data and managed the overall logistics of the registration process for members. Nicole was later promoted to Exhibits CS Manager, where they oversaw the registration logistics for the vendors and exhibitors. In 2017, Nicole joined American Pharmacists Association as Meetings Registration Manager. In this role, they oversaw all registration operation logistics for 2 annual conferences with over 5500 members vendors and other stakeholders. Nicole was able to save the organization over $15k by streamlining the policies and procedures, as well as assisting and executing contracts, and serving as lead RFP writer for the registration. In 2021, Nicole joined EarthOptics as Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Nicole Whatley CSM, CSPO obtained a High School degree from Elizabeth Seton High School between 1993 and 1997. Nicole then attended Southern Polytechnic State University from 2002 to 2005, studying International Management. In 2022, Nicole obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2023, they obtained a Google Project Management Certificate and Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera.
