Zachary Renier

Zachary Renier has a diverse work experience. Zachary began their career as an intern at Hardcore Hot Rods in 2014 and later became a Shop Manager, where they excelled in project planning and employee relations.

In 2016, Zachary worked as the Director of Business Development at Organizational Engineering, where they focused on developing new business opportunities and acquiring contracts in new markets.

In 2017, they joined EarthRoamer as a Production Technician, building custom expeditionary vehicles while developing skills in various areas such as woodworking, electrical, and design. Zachary then moved up to become a Quality Control Specialist, inspecting vehicles for functionality and aesthetics.

In subsequent roles at EarthRoamer, Zachary worked as a Delivery Specialist, Training customers on vehicle usage and acting as a personal liaison to high-profile clients. Zachary also served as a Spokesperson/Special Projects team member, presenting videos and leading multi-state expeditions with customer-owned vehicles.

Currently, Zachary is working as a Customer Experience Manager at EarthRoamer, where they oversee customer service and technical support for all product lines. Zachary is also involved in managing department staff and service-related logistics, as well as providing training to technicians.

Zachary Renier completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Politics-National Security with a Minor in Business at Penn State University from 2012 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained CPR & AED certification from the American Red Cross in August 2021. Zachary also obtained a General Mobile Radio (GMRS) certification from the Federal Communications Commission in December 2021. Furthermore, Zachary obtained certifications in Epinephrine Auto-Injector and Wilderness First Aid from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in February 2022.
